Today I’m “Wearing it Bright” for Revival Food & Mood to raise awareness of Mental Health during the festive season and throughout the year. ![]()

What this picture doesn’t tell you, is that my brain is so overloaded that I just returned from attempting a food pick up and delivery for Revival and got the day wrong 🫣😆![]()

I’m sharing my mix up, because we are all human and we can all make mistakes. And the extra pressure we feel at this time of year easily affects how we think, feel and behave. ![]()
